The Pethealth Technical Support staff are available to assist you with your PetPoint needs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET (excluding US holidays). You can contact Support for non-outage related questions using the Contact Support button below.

 

Pethealth Community is an online community allowing you, our PetPoint clients to communicate directly with each other, access a vast library of PetPoint information, and connect with our PetPoint technical support staff.

 

After hours support is available for our PetPoint Enhanced Support clients for emergencies. Emergency Support allows an Enhanced Support organization to call a Support Specialist after hours, if the database is down or is having an issue that is impeding that organization from entering data into PetPoint. This line is monitored outside our standard business hours and on all major holidays and is not intended for basic How-To style inquiries. This number is the same number used by Enhanced Support clients during normal business hours, which is displayed on the Contact Support Form in Community.

 

You can access Community through PetPoint by going to Support > Community or by clicking on the button above. Pethealth Community is a living thing. We will periodically introduce and integrate new components and functionality to improve your experience.


To access the standard non-outage support form or Pethealth Community, you will be asked to log in to PetPoint using your PetPoint credentials before being redirected to Community


We recommend that you view the Pethealth Status Page prior to reporting an outage. The Pethealth Status Page current incidents are listed at the top of this page as well. The PetPoint technical support staff have procedures to update this page as soon as possible to ensure that our shelter and clinic partners are notified of any technical issues currently effecting PetPoint. On this page, you can also sign up to receive emails and text messages when an incident report is created and any status of the incident updates are made.
