The 24Pet Professional Portal uses the standard Microsoft Azure Business To Customer (B2C) Authentication application used by thousands of organizations. As such, emails from the Microsoft Azure B2C Authentication system will come from "Microsoft on behalf of Pethealth Inc" with the subject line of "Pethealth Inc account email verification code". For government and larger animal welfare organizations, it is possible that your IT teams have set up firewalls or SPAM filters that are preventing these emails from being sent to your email accounts. Please work with your IT teams to ensure that emails from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com are allowed (or whitelisted) to ensure that you are receiving the password reset emails.
